I am totally insanely in love with hot sauce! Like seriously, maybe I should seek help. I have hot sauce every single day. So I try to make the finest hot sauces without any nasties. This means no flavour enhancers, artificial sweeteners or colours, no gluten, soy, or dairy at all. We NEVER add water or oil.
